Semi Detached / End of Terrace semis: 25% of homes
- One shared wall: end-of-terrace homes are set up like a semi.
- Heat pump: monobloc for ground-floor UFH and hot water.
- Upstairs: only one outdoor unit allowed, so pick:
- through-wall AC (no outdoor unit, no grant);
- planning permission for a multi-split;
- low-temp radiators (no cooling).
